What a session actually looks like
The tutor and student share a digital whiteboard. The student works problems on it, or on paper held to camera, and the tutor sees the working as it happens — which is the part that matters, because the working is where the diagnosis lives. Sessions end with written work set for the next meeting.
When online is the better choice
- Scheduling is tight. No travel time on either side means slots that would be impossible for a home visit become workable, including early mornings and later evenings.
- The student is reasonably self-directed. From roughly Class 8 upward, most students manage the format easily.
- A specialist is needed. Senior Physics, Chemistry or Maths teaching is not limited by who can travel to your sector.
- Continuity matters. Sessions continue through travel, illness, exam season or a move out of Dwarka.
When home tuition is the better choice
We would rather say this plainly than sell the wrong thing. Younger children in Classes 1 to 5 generally do better with a tutor physically present. So do students who need supervision to stay on task, and those whose handwriting and presentation need close correction. If that describes your child, book home tuition instead.
Many families use both. Home sessions during the school year, online during board-exam crunches or when travel makes visits impractical. The tutor and the plan stay the same either way.

Is online tuition as effective as home tuition?
For a motivated student from about Class 8 upward, in our experience yes. For younger children and for students who need supervision, home tuition works better. The format is not the variable that matters most — one-to-one attention is.
Are sessions recorded?
The teaching is live. Recording can be arranged where a family wants it for revision, but the session itself is always a real-time conversation.
What if the internet fails mid-session?
Time lost is made up. A dropped connection should not cost you a paid session.
Do you teach students outside Dwarka?
Online tuition is not limited by geography, and we do teach former Dwarka families who have moved. Home tuition remains Dwarka-only.
