Terms & Conditions for Teachers

1️⃣ Trial Classes & Selection

  • Teachers will be assigned on a trial basis before final confirmation.
  • Continuation depends on student satisfaction & feedback.
  • Punctuality, communication & professionalism are must during trial.

2️⃣ Service Fee & Payments

  • 30% + 20% service fee will be deducted from first 2 months.
  • ₹100 monthly maintenance fee will be deducted.
  • Payments released only after successful class completion.
  • Attendance & progress updates are mandatory for payment.

3️⃣ Punctuality & Performance Monitoring

  • If teacher is late or misses class more than twice, double deduction will apply.
  • Repeated delay or poor feedback may lead to replacement.
  • Payment will not be released for unsatisfactory classes.

4️⃣ Test Policy & Result Submission

  • Test will be conducted every 15 days as per student’s syllabus.
  • ₹200 per test collected directly from parents by institute.
  • Teacher must prepare question paper & evaluate on time.
  • Marks + feedback must be submitted within 3 days.
  • Delay in submission may result in payment deduction.

5️⃣ Refund & Replacement Rights

  • If teacher fails to conduct classes, payment may be withheld.
  • Teacher may be replaced without notice based on feedback.
  • No payment released for classes unattended or canceled without reason.

6️⃣ Conduct, Safety & Platform Policies

  • Teachers must maintain discipline & respectful communication.
  • Sharing personal contacts or offline classes without approval is prohibited.
  • Violation leads to termination & permanent blacklisting.
